I’m so pumped to jump into this conversation with you today, because I know that are time is precious. I understand that where we place our energy is everything. It’s how we manifest and create a life that feels whole and complete. So let’s dive in…

I believe life and business should merge, yep! That’s right, I disagree with approaching them seperately. In fact, my calendar has all of the parts of my life. And, when I approach it this way I find that I have a higher quality of life. So as we dive into this conversation I want you to consider this for all of your life.

1. Your Growth Game… How will you level up? Who are you becoming? It is a beautiful experience to take some time to sink and discover who we are today and who we want to be at the end of the next 12 months. We must take care of ourselves and listen to our inner knowing. I have a process to help you dive into your direction and inner knowing. 2. Get a Mentor…whether you hire a coach like myself or you find someone who’s a few paces ahead to guide you towards your goals, hold you accountable to what you say you’re going to do.

3. Conscious Collaboration….surround yourself with a circle of growth minded individuals… join an organization like NAWIC (National Association for Women in Construction) or a high vibe community of leaders and change makers like WAVE Society
